WEB DESIGN
We provide a full range of designing services that range from simple web pages to megasites with searchable databases and image libraries. Estimating the cost of a site depends on what features that site will have.
We have two fixed price packages, the Basic web design package for a one page site and the Small business web design package for a five page site.
Larger sites are estimated separately as each site has its own requirements based on what is being communicated. Your site may require a large number of images or a large database of reference information, forms for user data entry and credit card verification and acceptance.
We also provide a complete set of services to set your site up on the internet. Setting up a site starts with a "web hosting service" where your site is placed on a computer and given an internet address. We can set you up with the host of your choice, or we can host you ourselves. Hosting carries a monthly charge and includes site maintenance.
Basic Web Design package
for a 1 page website includes:
- Professionally rendered web site title banner graphic
- Photographs, up to 3 large or 2 large + 3 small
- Map to your location
- Links to other sites as you specify
Cost: $750.
Small business web design package
for a website up to 5 pages includes:
- Basic 1 page website as above
- 4 additional pages, which can be used for anything you want!
- Website title banner on all pages
- Up to 3 images per page
- All pages cross-referenced to each other
Cost: $1750.
Domain names
E.g. www.yourname.com
Includes setup and first 2 years fee $200.
The non-profit organization which maintains domain names for the
Internet charges $100 for the first 2 years and then $50/year. Web
hosting companies also charge a fee to set up your account with your
domain name.
